I know I haven't posted in a while but you know I was tied up being Facebook's running Olympic commentator hehehehe. I came across this site (Thanks Kim) and I love it! Although I either buy smaller chickens then the author suggests or we eat too much as I usually get only 3 meals from one. But I will try it and measure more carefully and will keep you all posted on how it works out!!

To be fair, she made only 5 meals, but enough leftovers for another 12 meals for her and her husband.
But, yes, a 7-lb chicken is a pretty good sized chicken.
